Revise Sinhala translation for README guide
Improves clarity and accuracy of the Sinhala README translation for first-time contributors. Updates instructions, adds more natural language, clarifies steps, and enhances explanations for using Git and GitHub. Also updates section titles and adds helpful notes for beginners.
